1. To carry on the business of trading, broking, and hedging through Internet Trading Order Routing System{ITORS).

2. Broker,sub-broker, and client can do trading, broking, and hedging only in his account. They are not permissible to do any business activity in his account i.e. it is not permissible to trading, broking, hedging on behalf of any other person in his account.

3. The dealer can open his account through an authorized Broker or the company directly.

4. The company makes items priced based on foreign market rates which are also shown on software.

5. All withdrawal requests are accepted through requests made in the software that will be directly transferred to his bank account.

6. For Any broker,sub-broker, and client who wants to deliver base trading there should be a minimum prescribed margin in his account at the time of trading.

7. Broker, sub-broker, and client do not take delivery. The company refunded his booking margin in his account. The company takes only brokerage.

8. The Broker and sub-broker cannot misguide to client by giving any type of promise for huge profit and type of greed.

9. The dealer can book the item from 9:00 to 23:40 {Monday to Friday}. Saturday and Sunday are holidays for booking. The company can change the time of booking in future.

10. The dealer can check the GIS booking details statement on his account statement.

11. The company strictly recommends all its brokers, sub-brokers, and clients ensure that the source of their fund is not through either of the following :
a. Personal loan from banks or other financial institutions.
b. Borrowing from a known source
c. Third-party resource.
d. Anti-social or money laundering activities.

12. The company also provides jobs for brokers. If anyone has good experience in the real commodity market they can apply.

13. The company is not responsible for any profit or losses on dealer-booked items. The dealer is free to book his items in any quantity.

14. The service support system of the company is ready 24/7.

15. Trading is risky and not suitable at all. The company does not promise any type of huge profit.
